The Ice Barrel app was designed to provide our community with the tools and resources to enhance their cold therapy practice while fostering deeper connections—both with the brand and with each other. It also serves as a direct line of communication, bypassing the challenges of algorithms, rising paid media costs, and SEO ranking battles.

At launch, the app went beyond just tracking and sharing ice baths—it also offered free coaching resources for all experience levels. I led all audio aspects of the app, from background and timing audio to coaching session tracking, mixing, and video elements.
